Michael Blum

Michael Blum is a Cincinnati native who grew up in the Montgomery area and is a 2012 graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School. He is a real estate agent and founding member of the Palmer Blum Group with Coldwell Banker Realty, where he has built a reputation for delivering results through strong communication, strategic thinking, and a client-first approach.

Now entering his seventh year in real estate, Michael has successfully handled over $75 million in transaction volume, representing a wide range of clients across land acquisitions, investment properties, and luxury homes. His experience spans every stage of the market, giving him a well-rounded perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers in competitive and complex situations.

In addition to his sales career, Michael owns and self-manages multiple rental properties, providing him with firsthand knowledge of real estate investing, property management, and long-term wealth building through real estate. This hands-on experience allows him to offer practical, real-world guidance to clients looking to expand beyond a primary residence.

Michael’s foundation of discipline and work ethic began as a member of Moeller’s nationally ranked wrestling program, where he developed the resilience and focus that continue to drive his success today. He went on to wrestle at Ashland University before returning to give back to his alma mater. He currently serves on the Moeller Wrestling Program Board as Alumni Director, staying closely connected to the program that helped shape him.

Above all, Michael understands that real estate is more than just a transaction—it’s a major life decision. He prides himself on building lasting relationships, advocating for his clients’ best interests, and delivering a high level of service from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

A proud father, Michael brings the same level of dedication and care to his family as he does to his clients, striving to create opportunities and long-term success for both.
