Adam Palmer

Adam Palmer is a Cincinnati native and graduate of Indian Hill High School (Class of 2011), where he stood out as a top tennis player—an athletic foundation that still shows today as he brings that same competitive edge to the pickleball court. He is a REALTOR® and founding member of the Palmer Blum Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, where he has built a reputation as a results-driven professional and trusted advisor.

With eight years of experience in real estate and involvement in over $75 million in closed sales, Adam has proven himself across a wide range of transactions—from land acquisitions to luxury homes and everything in between. He has a deep understanding of the luxury market while also genuinely enjoying the opportunity to guide first-time home buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. His versatility and ability to connect with clients at every stage set him apart.

Before entering real estate, Adam worked in tech sales at Microsoft, where he developed a strong foundation in negotiation, communication, and strategic problem-solving. Those skills now translate directly into his ability to advocate for clients, navigate complex deals, and consistently deliver winning outcomes.

Adam takes pride in getting deals across the finish line while keeping his clients’ best interests at the forefront. His approach is built on responsiveness, transparency, and a relentless commitment to results.

Outside of real estate, Adam is deeply involved in the community, serving on the board of the Ronald McDonald House as Director of Fundraising and Networking. His passion for building relationships extends beyond business and into meaningful community impact.

Whether working with seasoned investors, luxury clientele, or first-time buyers, Adam is the guy you want in your corner—bringing energy, expertise, and a proven track record to every transaction.
